1. Dedicated Chair Time
At Ivory Dental Studio, we schedule only one patient per operatory at any given time. We do not double-book or rush appointments. Because our clinicians reserve an uninterrupted block of time exclusively for you, timely communication regarding any schedule shift helps us accommodate other patients waiting for treatment.
2. 24-Hour Notice for Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or postpone your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice.
3. Medical Emergencies & Unforeseen Events
We recognize that acute fever, sudden family emergencies, or unexpected transit delays happen. If you fall ill on the day of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can safely reschedule your care.
4. Punctuality & Late Arrivals
To enjoy an unhurried consultation and avoid impacting following patients, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please notify our reception desk via WhatsApp so we can adjust our workflow accordingly.
